Eric Mason, PT, CIDN - Physical Therapist, Dry Needling Specialist, Owner

Eric graduated from the Manchester Royal Infirmary School of Physiotherapy and Victoria University of Manchester, UK in 1992. He has gained his clinical experience in both the UK and the United States.

He is a Florida Licensed Physical Therapist and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy UK. He is certified in Integrative Dry Needling.

He worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in Rakehead House in Burnley before moving to the USA. He travelled the USA with Physical Therapy for 2 years before becoming the Director of Physical Therapy for Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services, Inc in Southwest Florida. Eric moved to Orlando in 2000 where he developed the Physical Therapy program at the Center for Massage & Clinical Therapy, before opening Physiotherapy Works, LLC in August 2004. He was the official Physical Therapist for Womens professional football in Orlando for 10 years. 

Eric uses his experience and skills in physical assessment, dry needling, manipulative therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy for the rehabilitation of his patients. He specializes in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. He has specific interest in the treatment and management of chronic pain, headaches, and geriatric rehabilitation. With his diverse experience he is able to integrate a variety of treatment approaches tailored to achieve the best results. Eric believes that truly successful treatment is based on a partnership between patients and their therapists.


Emma Mason, L.M.T. - Massage Therapist & Reiki Master

Emma graduated from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in 2004. Since graduation Emma has been very active in the massage therapy profession. She has been involved in standard setting for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).

Emma is a licensed massage therapist and is Certified in Medical Massage as well as Pregnancy Massage (Pre and Perinatal Massage). She practices medical massage, lymphatic drainage, Relaxation and Stress Reduction Massage as well as corporate Chair Massage. She is a Reiki Master and strongly believes that the combination of both manual therapy and energy work enhances the effectiveness of the treatments for her clients mind, body and soul. She has a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed various hobbies including horse riding, cycling, and motor sports. 

Prior to massage Emma had a successful career in accounting, working as a Loans Accountant for the largest brewery in the UK, and Finance Supervisor for British travel company, MyTravel here in the USA. She finally acknowledged her desire for a more fulfilling career, when she attended Central Florida School of Massage Therapy in her hometown of Winter Park. She feels that the education was a wonderful experience as she gained both professional and personal growth. Massage Therapy has been a perfect opportunity for Emma to share her calming nature and healing energy with 


Criseyde Brew-Chernavski, P.T. - Physical Therapist

Criseyde's first experience with physical therapy was as a teenager due to injuring her foot in Ballet class. She related to how physical therapy involves teaching or correcting someone's movement. She graduated from University of Miami in 1996 with a Master's of Science in Physical therapy and began practicing in 1997 initially in a hospital setting. Since then, she has had extensive experience working in adult orthopedic outpatient settings. and pediatric neurodevelopmental and orthopedic settings. She has a passion for helping others get their life back physically after injury or surgery, and helping children reach their full functional/physical potential. She uses a variety of different techniques individualized according to the needs of each patient. Outside of PT, she loves to spend time with family and 2 loving Pitbull dogs .


Mary Sullivan, PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant

Mary graduated Maria College in Albany NY with an associates degree in Physical Therapy. She has been practicing in Florida since 1983 in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing his and outpatient facilities. She brought her extensive experience to Physiotherapy Works in 2010 and is a valuable member of or team. Mary’s area of specially is in the development of exercises for patients with osteoporosis. 


Katlin Shull, PTA, FMT-C, CPT, CI

Katlin’s passion for physical therapy started at a young age, as she sustained many injuries from horse back riding and playing competitive softball. At one point she thought she would never be able to play ball again but her therapists got her right back to it. Katlin was born and raised in Central Florida and absolutely loves the amount of both indoor and outdoor activities available. She graduated from Herzing University in 2013 with her Physical Therapist Assistant’s degree. Katlin has an outgoing personality which allows her to relate and get to know her patients on a personal level. She loves all aspects of physical therapy but a more focused approach with sports medicine, orthopedics and functional taping. Katlin has also found passion in sharing her love of therapy by being a clinical instructor and guiding students through their clinical semester of school


Amanda Serrani, DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy

Amanda graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005 from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a licensed physical therapist in the states of Florida and Ohio. She has been with Physiotherapy Works since 2008, and she has also worked in rehabilitation hospitals in Ohio and Arizona in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She is certified in the Neuro-IFRAH (Neuro-Integrative Functional Rehabilitation and Habilitation) approach for treating patients with stroke and traumatic brain injury. She also is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). 

She has been trained in a variety of treatment approaches and numerous physical therapy technologies. She specializes in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, and has special interests in treating the knee, lower back, and stroke/brain injury. She believes that educating each patient about his/her diagnosis, the role of physical therapy, posture/body mechanics, and home exercise programs is the key to the success of physical therapy treatment. She also believes that patients should be actively involved in their care from setting goals to participating in treatment. 

Amanda became interested in physical therapy as a career in high school. She was a competitive gymnast and severely injured her knee. After surgery, she went through five months of physical therapy to get back to her normal activities. “My injury was a blessing in disguise. Although it ended my gymnastics career, it started my career in physical therapy. My physical therapist inspired me and helped me get my life back, and I want to do the same for my patients. I understand what my patients are going through because I have been through it.”


Fahima Jahan-Flynni, DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy


Fahima graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2012 and Master’s of Teaching, focus in Chemistry in 2014. After teaching chemistry for two years, she wanted to find a profession that aligned with what she enjoyed, movement. She discovered how physical therapy utilizes movement as a method to help improve mobility limited by pain and/or injury. She attended the University of Central Florida, for a final time, where she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. After graduation, she worked at a hospital based outpatient system where she rehabilitated those affected with neurological progressive diseases and injuries. She values developing patient centered care and utilizing an evidence-base approach for patients to achieve their personal goals. During her off time, Fahima enjoys running, watching movies/television shows, and spending time with her family.


Alexander Bartilinski, DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy

Alex graduated from the University of Saint Augustine in 2017 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Having multiple injuries through sports growing up and being surrounded by health care providers in his family, Alex has always had an interest in rehabilitative therapy.

His area of specialty lies in manual therapy and orthopedics, as well as sports rehabilitation. Alex is also a clinical instructor and enjoys sharing his passion with future PT students during their rotations. Being born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Alex is an avid sports fan of the local teams.
